Seeking Positions for Service Worker I & II

BUTLER TOWNSHIP (Montgomery County, OH) is seeking a skilled and energetic candidates to serve as Service Worker I (SWI) and Service Worker II (SWII) in the Service Department which would perform various types of physical manual labor associated with public works: operating light to medium types of motor equipment and hand tools, cleaning catch basins and ditch lines, maintaining streets, concrete and asphalt repair work, maintenance of buildings, mowing grass, cutting/trimming of trees, maintenance and burials in cemetery, building and repairing drainage structures, sign fabrication, vehicle maintenance and snow removal.

Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent or completion of trade or technical school in related field. Service Worker II must hold a CDL, Class A preferred. The starting hourly rate is $20.87 to $24.85 for SWII and $14.23 to $16.49 for SWI, DOQ per the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
