The trustees have contracted for service from One Call Now, a Troy based firm that provides automated calling for a number of municipalities and service organizations.

With One Call Now, the township can contact every resident in the case of a snow emergency, for example, or narrow cast calls to a single street.  Right now snow emergencies are called in to the local news media and those people not watching television may not know to get their cars off the street to allow plows to get through.
