The police department is collecting old cellular telephones to donate to the Cell Phone for Soldiers organization. The program recycles old cell phones and the proceeds are used to purchase prepaid calling cards for soldiers overseas.So bring your old cell phones, batteries and any accessories to the lobby of the police department and place them in the drop box. We will forward the collected cell phones. Your donation is tax deductible.
