Butler Township Facilities Closed to the Public

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to protect the health of employees and the public, township facilities are closed to the public, effective Friday, March 20, 2020. Please note the instructions below:

If you have a Police or medical emergency, please call 9-1-1 immediately.

Non-Emergency Police Business:  Please call dispatch at 937-233-2080 to file a police report or talk with an officer, dispatch will contact an officer and respond to you outside of the Government Center.

Zoning Permits:  Permit forms can be downloaded at and submitted by email to or postal mail to 3510 Sudachi Drive, Dayton, Oh 45414.

Property Maintenance:  Complaints can be submitted to Kathy at 937-898-6735 Ext. 1111 or by email to  Complaints will be addressed due to severity and based on public health and safety and the availability of staff.
